Parkland Renovation

For this 1904 home, we reworked two utilitarian spaces – the laundry and kid’s bathroom – to feel as character-rich as the rest of the house. We took the original floor plan down to the studs, flipping the layout by moving the bathroom into the former laundry and carving out a more efficient laundry in the previous bath space. The result is a bright and classic kids’ bath layered with timeless finishes, and a laundry room that makes you want to sit and fold laundry for hours.

We incorporated elements that pay tribute to the home’s historic roots – from beadboard wainscoting and vintage-inspired fixtures to cabinet finishes and wallpaper selections that echo the charm and craftsmanship of the original interiors.
