During this 15-20 minute phone conversation with Jillian or Alicia, we'll decide together if we're a good fit for each other and schedule your in-home consulation.
Our in-home consultation is a working meeting, up to two hours, during which we provide expert advice & guidance on your project. All full-service projects begin with this consultation. You can also use this time as a strategy session to gain traction on your DIY design goals with no ongoing committment.
*Remote or new-construction projects may kick off with a Zoom meeting or a visit to our studio.
We formalize each full-service project with a written proposal outlining the deliverables for your project, a letter of agreement, and a project retainer for our design services.
